For Standard Delivery please allow up to 3 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Please allow one week extra processing time during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
When shipped, you will recieve an email with shipping and tracking information.
We hold the right to refuse shipping to any order.
We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to packages once they leave our facility and are into the care of the shipping carrier.
In case of providing, mistakenly or purposely, incorrect destination address package will be returned back to our facility and consumer will be responsible for original shipping fee (if order was eligible for free shipping option) and address correction fee. Those fees are to be determined at the moment of return and depend on destination point.
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, trendssociety.com.
We accept returns for store credit only. You may exchange the merchandise in the original selling condition with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery. To exchange the merchandise please email us first. Items purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns.
In the event of exchange of an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will issue return shipping labels on a case by case basis in the rare occurrence of receipt of damaged or wrong items.
